Giffen Memorial Elementary School will host a Virtual Open House for families on Wednesday starting at 5 p.m.
Parents and guardians, you can join the event by logging into your child’s Google Classroom account. (If you’re not sure how to access your child’s Google Classroom, call school.) A Google Meet link will be posted in your child’s teacher’s Google Classroom.
The evening will begin with a message from Principal Jasmine Brown and other Giffen staff, followed by roughly 20 minutes with your child’s teacher. The event will include prerecorded messages available from art, music and physical education teachers as well as service providers.
Between 5:30 and 6 p.m., Mrs. Brown will be available to answer your questions. You can find the link to Mrs. Brown’s session in your child’s teacher's Google Classroom.
All the sessions will be recorded and available for later viewing in your child's teacher's Google Classroom.
