The City School District of ÉðÊ¿Âþ» recently has been experiencing Internet speed and bandwidth issues that have caused occasional phone and web outages. If you have had difficulty getting through to a school, office or department at times this week, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
To fix these problems, the district is scheduling a planned 30-minute service outage on Friday morning, Oct. 20. The outage will begin at 11 a.m. Our phone system will not be able to receive outside calls during this 30-minute period of time.
If there is an emergency situation that requires contact with a school, office or department during this time, please contact Director of Communications Ron Lesko at (518) 376-0013. He will connect you with the right person to address the situation. Our internal phone system will be working during the outage, so our own communication between buildings will not be interrupted.
We expect that Friday’s troubleshooting will allow us to fix the problems that have caused the periodic outages we have experienced. As always, your patience and consideration are very much appreciated.
