ÉðÊ¿Âþ» High seniors named National Merit finalists

ÉðÊ¿Âþ» seniors Matan Adler and Max Heller have been named finalists in the competition for prestigious National Merit Scholarships, ranking them among the best students in the United States.

The two are among some 15,000 finalists – among the top one percent of high school students nationwide – vying for the scholarship in 2018.

The National Merit Scholarship Corporation, which selects the winners, will evaluate Adler’s and Heller’s individual academic records, information about the school's curricula and grading system, two sets of tests scores for each, the school's written recommendation for each, information about each one’s activities and leadership and an essay writer by each.

Adler and Heller will learn this spring whether they are among the 7,500 National Merit Scholarship winners.

Congratulations to both!
