The ÉðÊ¿Âþ» Indoor Percussion Ensemble’s Home Show last Saturday was smashing!
Ensembles from seven high schools competed against each other, and the University at ÉðÊ¿Âþ» Winter Guard and Pep Band also performed.
The ÉðÊ¿Âþ» High varsity team’s competition performance – “The Heist” – involved an assigned mission to steal an emerald frog from a highly secure museum. The Falcon JV team also had an exhibition performance. Congrats to the varsity team for earning first place in the Percussion Independent A category!
The day ended with a spotlight on seven ÉðÊ¿Âþ» High seniors in the ÉðÊ¿Âþ» Indoor Percussion Ensemble who graduate this June. Two ÉðÊ¿Âþ» High seniors that performed with the UÉðÊ¿Âþ» Winter Guard also were recognized earlier in the show.
